Anro’s Carbon Emissions in 2023

In 2023, our carbon emissions were as follows:

• Electricity: 1231.6 metric tons
• Natural Gas: 101.5 metric tons

Our Transition to Green Energy

We’ve been working closely with our utility provider to make a significant shift towards green energy. This collaboration has led to a groundbreaking achievement: our electricity carbon emissions are projected to drop to zero!

Additionally, our natural gas emissions are expected to decrease to 33.83 metric tons, based on our consumption in the previous year.

The Impact of Our Efforts

This transition means that we’re on track to reduce our overall carbon emissions by 97.5% in 2024.

This reduction is not just a win for Anro but also for our customers. By partnering with us, our customers can decrease their Scope 3 emissions, contributing to their own sustainability goals and reducing their emissions for reporting purposes.

Looking Ahead: Anro’s Commitment to Carbon Neutrality

Our journey doesn’t stop here. In 2025, we aim to achieve complete carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. This ambitious goal underscores our commitment to environmental stewardship and our dedication to leading by example in the printing industry.
